Today I went to gym. I was tired and exhausted both physically and mentally. I am going to gym on alternate days now. I will go regularly once I settle down. I am not able to read, control sugar, go to gym, learn languages and drink enough water all in one day.

I am feeling stronger
Weight loss is very difficult with poverty and type-1 diabetes. Still I manage somehow. Many people who started with me have already stopped coming. Gym is not for everyone. You need a good coach. I don't have a trainer but I learn about weightlifting in my free time from Internet.
Today I lifted 7.5 kg dumbells and did some workout. On my first day I could barely workout with 2.5 kg ones and within 2 months I can lift 7.5 kg dumbells. Thanks Mother Goddess for her grace.

One Month later ( Weight 82.75 )
Thanks to Devi for her grace because everyday I put my life in danger and go to gym and still I come back home safe and sound.
Yes first month is finished, and I am reallyt happy to share the progress. In one line I want to say I wish I had started excercising and calories deficit earlier. Still I am glad I faced my demons and started my fitness journey.
Yes My Weight is 82.75 KG I am super happy. First time seeing weight go down instead og going up.
The only protein source these days that I can afford is Soya Chunks and it's working fine. I get 25 grams of protein from my dinner.
It also helps in calorie deficit.
