Things that can instantly make my life worse
I go in evenings as it is suitable for me but in winter night is long so when I return even after 30 minutes in gym it gets very dark and the roads are filled with speeding cars, man eating dogs who have attacked hundreds of people, dangerous people who try to rob you in the way. This is a small tow n crime is a normal happening. But good thing is dangerous people have nothing against me.
I am also pretty dangerous when it comes to survival. I don't fear wild dogs or criminals. They cannot stop me.

I do stretching and warm up before using dumbells and machines. I use very lightweight equipments.
I am the weakest guy there.
Look at me. I look ugly.
Pressure around anus which can lead to piles and my left knee is strained from excercise and heavy cycling. Can't take a knee injury so I am taking some days off.

I use cycle for commuting and it gets pretty dark when I come back.

My kidney is also hurting very badly. May be stones. I am taking meds for stones and infection. In few days if situation will not improve I will go for blood tests and ultrasounds as we are really short on money and only with healthy kindneys I can consume protein.
I hoping kidneys, knees and other issues resolve so I can go back to gym. I always knew it will not be safe for me. I just have to avoid injuries and other complications and I will be fine.
