It's been more than 20 days at gym and thankfully I am safe and alive. My type - 1 is not stable these days and I am trying to bring it under control while keeping my kidneys safe. Kidneys are hurting and my focus is on curing them while also continuing my weight loss journey.
Most boys in the gym are friendly with me. I go regularly in the evenings even the gym owners are friendly so far I know it's all show but yeah they are not giving me stress.
I am also creating a deficit in diet and by workout.
I spend almost an hour and half in the gym burning calories. I can feel better alertness and stregnth in my body. My next target is muscle building and refining my workout methods.
This is my dinner everyday. Soya chunks boiled then fried in ghee with onion, tomato and some spices of my choice and a little bit of soya sauce for flavour.
This is high in protein, less in calouries and rich in healthy fatty acids from ghee. Make sure you boil and wash properly, soya chunks are often dirty so boil at least 10 minutes to be on the safer side.
1 kg soya chunks last me more than 20 days. Combine it with lentils for a complete protein diet.
I ate gobhi ke paranthe made in ghee because I burn more than I eat so occasionally home made meals like these are fine while weight loss and they also keep cravings away.
This is the dumbell rack, when I first went I used 2.5 kg and now I use 5 kgs and I can feel the difference but still I need a proper method, currently I only train major muscle groups and burn calories but after loosing some weight I will make it a muscle buidling session with high protein diets and proper training.
